Hänsel

The Hänsel Business Unit can look back on a long history and rely on a wealth of experience. Originally founded in Forst an der Lausitz (Lusatia) in 1908 and based in the Sauerland city of Iserlohn since 1948, the Hänsel Textil company has been part of the Freudenberg Performance Materials Division of the Freudenberg Group since 2015.  Thanks to its expertise mainly in the field of weft-inserted interlinings, Freudenberg’s nonwovens production in Weinheim could be extended by the wefts section.

First and foremost, the Hänsel product range stands for premium-quality woven and weft-inserted interlinings which are used in classic ladies’ wear and menswear for production in Europe.
